What a relief it is to be back competing! Very grateful it was possible to participate in the British Masters held at Moulton College in Northampton and the All England in Manchester.

There were some great results by our lifters. Special mention to Thomas for his British record deadlift at 311kg in the Masters and the magnificent Alison for competing in a lighter weight class and still obtaining PBs across the board. What a performance! The wonderful Ernie Parkes adds another 1st to his tally, also Ben Davies for coming 2nd at the Men’s All England in the -93kg class.
