Open Session Training
- Monday: 5pm-8.45pm (Please note: this is our busiest time; if you are visiting for the first time, please choose another session)
- Tuesday: 10.30am-12.30pm; 5pm-8.45pm
- Wednesday: 6pm-8pm
- Thursday: 10.30am-12.30pm; 5pm-8.45pm
- Friday: 6pm-8pm (Note: suspended until further notice)
- Saturday: 10am-12pm; 12pm-2.30pm
Open Session Training is open to both Weightlifters & Powerlifters at all times, although coaches are scheduled as follows:
- Weightlifting (Intermediate+) : Monday, Wednesday.
- Powerlifting (All Levels) : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
If you are new to the club, please contact the relevant coach before your first training session.
Beginners Olympic Weightlifting
These are separate Olympic Weightlifting sessions specifically for beginners. We run these courses throughout the year. For info on upcoming courses please see our club’s Eventbrite page. We also publish info on new courses regularly on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so give us a follow there to stay in the loop.
