Open Session Training

We hold Open Session for Weightlifting and Powerlifting training almost every day of the week. Open Sessions are – as the name suggests – open to both disciplines and no pre-booking is required.

Beginners Olympic Weightlifting

These sessions are exclusively for Olympic Weightlifting beginners and operate outside of normal training hours. The numbers are strictly limited to ensure that the coach can give each learner sufficient attention. If you are interested in attending, please contact the coach: beginners@bgwlc.co.uk

Over-50 Strength Training

Introduction to Strength Training (WOMEN ONLY)
