Open Session Training

We hold Open Session for Weightlifting and Powerlifting training almost every day of the week. Open Sessions are – as the name suggests – open to both disciplines and no pre-booking is required.

Beginners Olympic Weightlifting

We regularly run courses and classes tailored for beginner weightlifters specifically. These sessions are exclusively for learning the Snatch and Clean & Jerk from scratch. The numbers are strictly limited to ensure that the coach can give each learner sufficient attention. For info on upcoming courses please see our club’s Eventbrite page. We also publish info on new courses regularly on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so give us a follow there to stay in the loop.
