Opening times

Our regular opening times are shown below.

Please note: the gym will not be open for training on certain days. See our Competition Calendar for further details.

Open Session Training

  • Monday: 5-8.30pm (Please note: this is our busiest time; if you are visiting for the first time, please choose another session)
  • Tuesday: 10.30am-12.30pm; 5-8.30pm
  • Wednesday: 5-8pm
  • Thursday: 10.30am-12.30pm; 5-8.30pm
  • Friday: 5-8pm
  • Saturday: 12-3pm

Open Session Training is open to both Weightlifters & Powerlifters at all times, coaches are scheduled as follows:

  • Weightlifting (Intermediate+) : Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5-8pm.
  • Powerlifting (All Levels) : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

If you are new to the club, please contact the relevant coach before your first training session.

Note: If you’re interested in Olympic Weightlifting and you haven’t trained with us before (even if you’re an experienced Weightlifter) you must first talk to the Coach at a Wednesday or Friday Open Session.

Beginners Olympic Weightlifting

These are separate Olympic Weightlifting sessions specifically for beginners – they are not open to any other members.

Please Note : Places are limited, you must contact the coach beforehand.

  • Wednesday: 8.00pm-9.00pm
  • Friday: 8.00pm-9.00pm

Over-50 Strength Training

  • Tuesday: 10.30am-12.30pm
  • Thursday: 10.30am-12.30pm
