2022 Southern Masters Weightlifting Championship
We will be hosting the above competition on the weekend 19/20 November. The number of entries will be limited to 100 lifters and the closing date for entries is 30 October 2022.

2022 Southern Masters Championships Entry Form
The above championships will be held at BGWLC on Saturday 16 July.
Entries will be be limited to 40 lifters so in order to avoid disappointment do not delay entering these championships. Closing date is 09 July .
