Open Session Training

We hold Open Session for Weightlifting and Powerlifting training almost every day of the week. Open Sessions are – as the name suggests – open to both disciplines and no pre-booking is required.

Over-50 Strength Training

These classes concentrate on the strength needs of older people in good general health. If you’re interested in joining these classes, please contact martin@bgwlc.co.uk
